Still, the brand’s aesthetic remains strong—and their latest apparel for the biggest clay-court tournament proves it once again.
For this year’s clay-court season, Lacoste has embraced a bold royal blue, a smart visual choice that contrasts beautifully with the iconic red clay in Paris. While the color instantly catches the eye, it’s the technical details that truly elevate this collection. Engineered mesh, smart ventilation zones, and subtle yet complex textures give the pieces both function and visual appeal.

The standout piece is the Lacoste Paris Players Dress, designed with vertical mesh striping that creates the illusion of pleats, giving the skirt fluidity and structure without traditional stitching. The sleeveless silhouette features a V-neckline and a classic polo collar, combining elegance with athletic practicality. Engineered mesh panels across the upper chest and back not only optimize breathability but also provide a dynamic visual edge through angled, geometric patterns.
The dress is completed with coordinating ball shorties and was recently spotted on Fiona Ferro this week. The Frenchwoman completed her look with the Lacoste AG-LT 23 Ultra Clay shoes.
