DP World Tour, results
Filippo Celli, 22nd with 411 (-17), was left out by one shot, for whom a 67 (-4) was not enough to close, and Lorenzo Scalise was classified 43rd with 415 (-13). After 72 holes, Renato Paratore, 84th with 280 (-6), was out at the cut, falling to 279 (-7).
Edoardo Molinari (65 61 72 68 66 67) took the lead in the second round with a 61 (-10, one eagle, nine birdies, one bogey, Lakes Course) and continued his lead. In the sixth round he was caught by Lemke, but the Italian took back the lead with four birdies in the final six holes (67, -4, six birdies, two bogeys). A feat by Lemke, who in the last three rounds scored 22 birdies without bogeys.
Gregorio De Leo made a patient comeback after starting in 73rd place. He moved up to 22nd in the third round and then to 18th in the fifth. With one hole to go he was out, but with an eagle he earned the ‘card’ (66, -5, with the addition of four birdies and a bogey).
The tournament, hampered by bad weather, ended a day late. In the first 72 holes the competitors alternated on the two courses and, after the cut, the 83 remaining in the competition concluded it on the Lakes Course. The best 21 players received the full ‘card’ for the major circuit. The others obtained a lower category with fewer playing opportunities and the ‘card’ for the 2025 Challenge Tour.
