Nick Kyrgios mocks Jannik Sinner over launch of own YouTube channel

Jannik Sinner started his own YouTube channel and that gave Nick Kyrgios another reason to shade the Italian, sarcastically asking him if he was going to provide any “behind-the-scenes” content from his doping case.

On Friday, the top-ranked ATP player launched his official YouTube channel.

As his first post, the 23-year-old uploaded a vlog about his second Australian Open win.

A tennis fan account posted about that and Kyrgios reacted: “Can he give us a behind the scenes of what happened a year ago? (praying emoji) Asking for a friend.”

Kyrgios: Sinner’s media team is working overtime…

No professional player has criticized the Italian’s doping case more than the 2022 Wimbledon finalist.

Since by now pretty much everybody knows how and what exactly the Australian feels about the entire situation, there is no even need to mention anything specifically.

“Jannik Sinner and his team were confident to find the source of the contamination almost immediately. It could have been from some food/drink or one of the many supplements/medicines elite athletes take. But it took over 5 months for his failed test to be finally made public?” a user wrote on X.

In Kyrgios’ eyes, the three-time Grand Slam champion creating his YouTube channel is nothing else but a PR move.

“He has brought out a YouTube channel – hopefully he has the behind the scenes of what happened a year ago (laughing emoji). Media team is working over time mate – disgusting,” the 29-year-old responded to the X post above.

Meanwhile, Sinner said at the Australian Open that he wouldn’t be responding directly to Kyrgios or anyone else because he remains convinced that he is fully innocent.
