Australian golfer, Adam Scott, has the right to be happy after meeting the newly elected US president, Donald Trump, this week. The 44-year-old was part of the meeting along with Tiger Woods, Jay Monahan and one of his colleagues.
Namely, the current US president has previously emphasized, during the presidential campaign, that he is ready to unite the world of golf and help this sport to start walking on the path of success.
Trump is known as a big fan of golf, and a person who enjoys spending his free time playing this sport.
Monahan, Woods and Scott wanted to present Donald with their visions, hoping that he would be open to change.

A few days ago, the PGA Tour pointed out via social media that they are grateful to the US president for his enormous support, stressing and asking Trump to join this game, in the name of the good of all.
Judging by the last sentence, the Republican leader was obviously open to their suggestions and proposals, ready to take concrete steps that will turn the world of golf in the right direction.
‘We know golf fans are eagerly anticipating a resolution to negotiations with the Public Investment Fund and want to thank President Trump for his interest and long-time support of the game of golf,’ -PGA Tour wrote on X.
‘We asked the President to get involved for the good of the game, the good of the country, and for all the countries involved.
We are grateful that his leadership has brought us closer to a final deal, paving the way for reunification of men’s professional golf.’
It will be interesting to see if Trump will be able to change the future of golf with his influence, but knowing his qualities as a politician and leader, fans have no doubt that he could be the foundation of the future.
The golf world has been in chaos for a long time, and additional concern is caused by the fact that the PIF and the PGA Tour cannot reach a final agreement.
