Alexander Bublik answered a question about the doping issues involving Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek with a quote from the animated film Kung Fu Panda, making his thoughts understood between the lines quite explicitly.
In a very long interview with the Russian media MatchTv, the Kazakh spoke about himself, his career and the work he is doing, analyzing:
“We have to improve everything and always. We are looking for new solutions every day. We think about what to do, because all tennis players train and progress.”
Of course, he was also asked about the doping scandals that have affected tennis in recent months, with the one-month ban for Iga Swiatek, the acquittal by the ITIA of Jannik Sinner and the WADA appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, where the decision on the world number 1 is expected in late February/early March.
“In the Kung Fu Panda movies, Master Oogway says: Accidents are not accidents, so I will answer this way,” he said.

When asked for further clarification, he reiterated that his thoughts can be summed up in the phrase accidents are not accidental.
“I could also say other proverbs like: there is no smoke without fire,” he added.
Asked whether he agrees with the posts written by Nick Kyrgios, who also said that tennis is over, Bublik replied: “If you take all of Nick’s words, analyze them and come to conclusions, you could go crazy. I probably don’t agree.”
As I said above, the most thorny case is certainly that of Sinner. The Italian failed two doping tests at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, for an accidental (and infinitesimal) contamination of the prohibited substance Clostebol. The Italian was acquitted by the independent ITIA tribunal, but the World Anti-Doping Agency appealed the ruling to the CAS, asking for a 1-2 year ban for the ATP No.1.
