Felix Auger-Aliassime is back in the top-20! The 24-year-old Canadian has won 16 matches this season, leading the Tour in that segment. Felix reached three ATP finals in the opening two months of the season.
Thus, Felix became the fifth player to achieve that since 2014, joining Rafael Nadal, Marin Cilic, David Ferrer and Cameron Norrie on the exclusive list. Auger-Aliassime started the season at the United Cup before lifting a trophy in Adelaide.
The Canadian experienced an early loss at the Australian Open before bouncing back in Montpellier. The 24-year-old prevailed over Aleksandar Kovacevic for his second title of the season from as many finals.

Felix suffered an early loss in Rotterdam and fell in the Doha semi-final after a great battle with Andrey Rublev. Auger-Aliassime bounced back in Dubai and reached his third final of the season. He fell to Stefanos Tsitsipas in straight sets, settling for the runner-up spot.
Rafael Nadal played three tournaments in the opening two months of the 2014 season and collected three title matches. World no. 1 conquered Doha and Rio de Janeiro while losing the Australian Open final to Stan Wawrinka.

Eight years later, Rafa repeated that and went even further! The veteran claimed an ATP 250 crown in Melbourne before winning his second Australian Open title. The Spaniard took a couple of weeks off the court and returned in Acapulco, winning another title and extending his streak.
Marin Cilic made a slow start to the 2014 season, scoring four wins in the opening three tournaments. However, the Croat raised his level during the swing in February and embraced three consecutive finals. Marin conquered Zagreb and Delray Beach, while losing the Rotterdam final.

A year after Nadal and Cilic, David Ferrer took charge in 2015. The Spaniard conquered Doha, Rio de Janeiro and Acapulco for three ATP titles after only two months of the new season. Cameron Norrie made a surprising appearance on the list in 2023.
The Briton reached the final at the beginning of the season in Auckland. He stepped in on clay in February and competed in the title matches in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro.
