Jannik Sinner comes clean on if he is indeed dating WTA star Anna Kalinskaya

Jannik Sinner has confirmed what everyone had been suspecting as the Italian tennis star is indeed dating WTA’s Anna Kaliskaya.

On Monday, reigning Australian Open champion Sinner started his French Open campaign with a routine 6-3 6-3 6-4 win over Christopher O’Connell. When the match started, one thing that stood out was world No. 25 sitting in the stands following the match.

A couple of weeks ago, Italian media sparked rumors of Sinner and Kalinskaya potentially being a thing after they were spotted together in Turin. After Sinner and Kalinskaya were spotted going out together for a dinner in Paris, the rumors of the dating only increased.

And after his win over Eubanks, Sinner, 22, put an end to all the rumors as he and 25-year-old Kalinskaya are officially a couple.

“As you know, I don’t like to talk about my private life. I’m with Anna (Kalinskaya) yes,” Sinner said after the match.

“But we keep everything very private. You know me: I won’t talk more than that.”

Jannik Sinner confirmed he is dating Anna Kalinskaya in the Italian part of his press conference.

It was a great day for Sinner at the French Open

After being through a challenging period and in real jeopardy of potentially being forced to miss the French Open due to a hip injury, Sinner was able to participate at Roland Garros and start with a win.

Following his win over Eubanks, Sinner confirmed his relationship with Kalinskaya but also that his hip was doing well. However, Sinner did highlight that his physical shape and condition still needed to improve after he was sidelined for a couple of weeks.

Now, Sinner is set for his third meeting versus former world No. 7 Richard Gasquet – the Italian has a 2-0 head-to-head versus the Frenchman. Gasquet, who is now 37 years old and ranked at No. 124 in the world, started his French Open run with a straight-set win over Borna Coric but still Sinner will undoubtedly enter their match as the huge favorite.
