Max Homa explains his decision to step back from social media: X is for the sick

Max Homa, a well-known name among golf fans, has not been so impressive lately, but the famous golfer has no intention of giving up on his goals. Last year was particularly disappointing for him, but that did not stop the 34-year-old golfer from believing that better days are coming. Despite all the challenges, Max Homa is still a person of positive spirit, great charisma, striving to progress as a golfer and as a person through this approach.

Although he is quite active on social media, the American golfer has not posted much lately.

This has caused controversy among his fans, who are asking: Where is he anyway?

Max Homa explains why he’s not using X

In a conversation with the media, Homa revealed why he is less and less present on social media, especially X.

“I think I finally had a come-to-Jesus moment that it’s for the sick,” -Homa joked, talking about X experience, as quoted by Macon.

More and more famous athletes are deciding to take such steps, especially because there are a lot of hate messages on this social media, but some also admit that this social media takes up a lot of their time.

The American golfer pointed out that X knows how to attract his attention, with many interesting moments, but it seems that there are also things with which the famous golfer is quite frustrated.

Homa decided to focus on other social media, more precisely TikTok.

“I was sick. I’m just trying to get healthy now. No, I have not enjoyed that app. It’s not very fun. It’s fun to watch our little highlights or lowlights, and that stuff is fun. The rest of it’s probably not great, so I’m going to stick to TikTok.”- he said.

It’s hard to say whether Max will change his mind and return to this social media platform, but it’s clear that he’s a person full of energy, always striving to make others laugh and brighten their day.
