Makena told the media that she has a massive problem watching her boyfriend on the course, mostly because she gets nervous. She stressed that she is especially nervous when it comes to putts, a little unsure of her boyfriend’s ability in that aspect.
White revealed that the two met after she saw Knapp on the Korn Ferry Tour’s Instagram profile, giving an interview after one of the rounds. Makena revealed that she has always had a passion for sports, especially hockey, but also for golf.

Although Makena thinks it could have been sweeter, she sees things optimistically:
